Rupa Nair has been the CEO of XONOVIA Technologies since June 2000. Rupa Nair co-founded Geekdog Online Stores, Inc. in 1994, a world wide IT procurement group with an international presence and operations in Americas, Europe and Asia. At Geekdog, Rupa played a key role in building the group to 700 employees and $62M in revenue. Rupa Nair was responsible for the Network Solutions, Web Solutions, Public Sector. Rupa holds an advanced degree in Computer Science from University of Pune, Madras, India.

Yady Kalsi was formerly Senior Managing Partner, Edgesoft Network Services, Americas, where he managed a $50M network consulting practice. Mr. Kalsi holds a B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology Degree) and Master Degree MBA from pretigious Universities in India. He holds several certifications on networking technologies from Cisco, Microsoft, Plant3 Wireless on Routing Switching, Security & Wireless. In this role, Mr. Kalsi brings more than 15 years of corporate experience and leads overall technology strategy, oversees the team responsible for the development of the company's digital services businesses and infrastructure, and provides critical leadership across all worldwide operations of XONOVIA Technologies. |

Earlier in his career, Mr. Murphy has held executive sales roles at various Telecommunications and Data communication companies. Ltd. He has been with the company since 2002 handling various positions in Technical Practice, Sales and Operations. Lisa has been in IT and business continuity industry for over 20 years. She has a master’s degree in Telecommunications Management and a Master’s Degree in Information Management from both Washington University at St. Louis. She has worked in the manufacturing, insurance, transportation, banking, utilities and telecommunication industries. She is a member of the DRJ Editorial Advisory Board. |
